At Vida they explain and show you your X-rays then thoroughly explain your treatment plan so you understand what is happening in your body before treatment starts. At Vida they do extensive rescanning every few weeks to show you your progress. We highly recommend as my family of 4 have benefited from weekly adjustments.

With having had only a few chiropractic treatments, I am feeling much more flexible and my posture has improved. Dr. Mark is a highly skilled chiropractor. Frequent x-ray consults provides a good visual of areas of improvement and areas still needing some work.
